Macao CELEBRATIONS all year round….

Macao is one of the few cities in the world that boasts a unique festival culture that includes both the traditional Chinese and Western celebrations.

Macao is home to a variety of internationally recognised events & festivals of a world-class standard and renowned as a destination that provides travellers with some of the most exciting, colourful and best events across the globe.

For decades Macao has always combined its local heritage and variety of cultures. Today you can still experience and enjoy traditional rituals such as the Feast of the Drunken Dragon, Tam Kong Festival and the Procession of Our Lady of Fátima, while the Chinese New Year – Parade for Celebration, the International Music Festival, the Wushu Masters Challenge and the Parade through Macao, Latin City, all which present an inimitable mix of colour throughout this city.

Universally acclaimed as one of the best events of its kind – the annual Macao International Fireworks Display Contest, takes place on the Macau Tower Shore-front from mid-September to 1st October every year, whilst the Macau Grand Prix, the most prestigious event on the local calendar and known as the world’s longest running Formula 3 event of its kind and the breeding ground of NEW legends, takes place every November.​
